In WEEK 11 of Computer Animation Fundamentals, During the final discussion, Professor Serra Ozdemir liked the progress and the content I had developed so far. Along with this, she gave me a few suggestions rather than direct feedback. One suggestion was to add elements like fire or fireworks in the background to make the scene feel more lively and celebratory. Another suggestion was to introduce a more divine and atmospheric feel by adding fog or a soft, blurry haze in the background to enhance the mood and depth of the environment.
FINAL PROJECT (FINALISING SCENES)
This week, I did try experimenting with both of the suggestions given by Professor Serra. However, due to the heavy processing required for dynamic fireworks and volumetric fog, my laptop was not able to handle the data efficiently. Because of this technical limitation, I had to exclude both the firecracker elements and the fog effects and continue refining the project using the existing setup instead. Despite this, I focused on maintaining the visual quality and clarity of the scene.
However, I rendered three scenes from the project to check the timing, flow, and overall pacing of the visuals. Additionally, I finalised the background music by obtaining proper copyright licenses for the music track I am using in the project, ensuring that all audio elements are legally cleared and ready for final submission.
