In WEEK 06 of Computer Animation Fundamentals, Professor Serra Ozdemir explained about characters and controls. Professor Serra explained how to work with pre-existing characters, how to use them effectively, and how to rig a character if no rig is provided.
FINAL PROJECT (CHANGES AFTER FEEDBACK)
Based on her feedback from the previous week, I made significant changes to my concept by removing the dancing and river elements. Instead, I decided to focus on a more static yet visually rich approach by using murals and sculptural representations of Indian deities. I began exploring different deities such as Maa Kali, Nataraja, Lord Shiva, Lord Hanuman, and other divine figures like the Sun God, Moon God, Snake God, and Earth Goddess. I started developing ideas around how these statues and murals could exist within the temple environment and become the central visual focus of my set design.
